GLENN CENTER SEED GRANTS PROGRAM
The Glenn Center at Stanford issues Requests for Applications (RFAs) to invite Stanford faculty to apply for two-year seed grants. The main goals are to expand the scope of aging research at Stanford, to provide support for nascent projects in order to allow them to mature to the stage at which extramural funding may be sought, and to recruit new investigators into the area of aging research. RFAs are announced to all eligible faculty and the details of any current RFA and of past recipients are found on this page.

BAY AREA AGING MEETING (BAAM)
The Bay Area Aging Meeting was initiated by researchers in aging from Stanford, UCSF, UC Berkeley, and the Buck Institute on Aging in order to provide a regular forum for investigators to gather, present their most recent findings, and exchanges ideas . This has become a bi-annual event that is actively supported by the Glenn Foundation for Medical Research and attended by Glenn Center investigators.
